I've always been fascinated by Kumiko panels, delicate wooden frameworks that create geometric patterns for door panels, furniture, screens, etc. I decided to create my own Kumiko asa-no-ha pattern lattice.
I injured my finger as it was my first time using a jig. Luckily I got used to the process and ended up producing great results after a few hours of jigging away.
